JUICE BOOSTER 2

The JUICE BOOSTER 2 is fitted as standard with a circuit breaker for AC and DC fault currents (RCD DC 6mA, AC/DC 30 mA with protective conductor test). The JUICE BOOSTER 2 thus complies 100% with the currently applicable IEC62752 standard.

This function makes the charging process particularly easy and uncomplicated. The mobile charging station independently detects which of the included adapters is connected, and automatically applies the correct charging power. This ensures that the socket is not overloaded. Attention: Especially for older installations we recommend to have the wiring and fuse protection of sockets checked by a specialist in advance.

High-quality materials mean the JUICE BOOSTER 2 and all of its components are shockproof, protected against rain and snow, and even able to withstand being run over. Even under a three-tonne load, the device’s electronics remain well protected.

In designing the JUICE BOOSTER 2, great importance has been placed on ensuring the charging process is as fast as possible, in line with the “Plug & Charge” idea. The user-friendly yet robust aluminium connector plug, and automatic adapter recognition, reduce to a minimum the effort required at the start and end of the charging process. And with charging power up to 22 kW on offer, your electric car will be fully charged in a particularly short time (depending on the model you own).

Long-term charging from a domestic socket runs the risk of a cable fire (as a result of faulty wiring or poor installation of the contacts). The JUICE adapter with domestic socket is equipped with two special temperature sensors that protect the cable from overheating. As soon as overheating is detected, the JUICE BOOSTER 2 interrupts the charging process, preventing damage.
